    Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment (i.e., chairs, tables, and/or any booth exhibit items). Set up will be allowed from 7:00am-9:30am on the day of the event. Break down will be by 6:30 pm on the day of the event or at closing. Vendors must be able to set up and break down their own exhibit items/booth. Electric and running water is available in certain locations for an additional fee. LOAA or our affiliates are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
